Dear Chocolatier and Vendor,

We are back for the next event in January of 2020!
Nothing says decadence like chocolate which, in its many forms, has become an obsession for people of all ages. At one time considered a food of the gods by indigenous Americans, chocolate is one of the world’s most mysterious and sought-after substances. Enticing and rich, modern and timeless, chocolate is a veritable inspiration for imaginative work.

Oxford Community Arts Center and Miami University Art Museum are excited to once again co-host the Chocolate Meltdown on January 18, 2020 at the Arts Center located on 10 South College Ave. in Oxford, Ohio. We invite you to join us from 1-5 p.m. to celebrate the vibrancy that the arts bring to our community by participating as a booth vendor in this chocolate tasting event for families and people of all ages.  Last time (2018) over 500 guests attended consuming an estimated 3,600 tastings ~ it was a huge success.

Chocolate Meltdown is a multi-faceted collaborative fundraiser for both the Oxford Community Arts Center and the Miami University Art Museum, with vendors featuring chocolate delicacies for tasting, an amateur baking contest, children’s activities, raffle baskets, a silent bake off auction, and educational materials about chocolate.

This event is a great marketing opportunity for you to build brand awareness and engage with chocolate lovers from the greater Oxford area with your delectable chocolate samples. We expect to attract between 400-500 attendees to this friendly fundraiser, including those who might otherwise be unaware of what the Arts Center and Art Museum have to offer.

Our standard vendor booth fee is $25. Details of the booth rental are outlined in the enclosed Vendor Contract. You can also register on-line at our website, ChocolateMeltdown.com.   Please contact Donna Stevens at donna@oxarts.org or (513) 524-8506 with any questions or concerns regarding your participation in this event.

Please join us for what promises to be a fun-filled afternoon.

Sincerely,
